Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Organization enrollment — payment authorization fails on first attempt across multiple cards (server-side, not bank)
Hello, My organization enrollment was approved today (Enrollment ID: 4MRP49V83B , D-U-N-S verified, License Agreement step reached). The only blocker is the membership purchase: "Your payment authorization failed." This is not a card or bank issue, and I want to flag it as the known enrollment-payment problem rather than route it back to my bank: It failed on the very first attempt, before any retry. It fails identically across three different cards (Amex, plus a credit and a debit card from different issuers). All issuing banks confirm no authorization request ever reached them — there is nothing on their side to decline. I have verified billing address matches each card exactly, removed all punctuation, set city/county manually, disabled VPN, and tried both the web flow and the Apple Developer app. [If applicable:] I received an order acknowledgement email but no charge landed and the account did not activate — suggesting a stuck/duplicate order. Because the request is not reaching the card networks, this appears to be on Apple's side. Please: Check for and void any stuck or duplicate order on my enrollment so I can retry with a clean transaction, and Have the payment/enrollment team complete the order manually if it cannot be cleared. Account details: Enrollment ID: 4MRP49V83B Organization legal name: Futuryntix UK Ltd Region: United Kingdom This is blocking activation of an approved organization account. I'd appreciate escalation to the enrollment/payment team rather than general support. Happy to provide any verification details needed to complete the order. Thank you, Aman Jain Futuryntix UK Ltd

Organization enrollment stuck for 4 weeks, 9 days without reply after documentation upload - Case 102888036786
Hello, I am posting here in hope of getting traction on an Organization enrollment that has been stuck for 4 weeks, with no reply from Developer Support for the past 9 days despite all requested documentation being provided. Timeline May 14, 2026 - Started Organization enrollment for my organization, a US-registered limited liability company that I solely own and manage. May 19, 2026 - Initial documentation submitted. May 27, 2026 - Received an email from Gisele (Developer Support) requesting: Applicant's government-issued photo ID (USA) Applicant's employment verification May 28, 2026 - Uploaded the complete documentation package through the secure file-upload portal, and replied to Gisele's email with a detailed clarification on both items. June 5, 2026 - Still no response. 9 days of silence. Apple's original message stated that next steps would be communicated within two business days. We are now well past that. My situation I provided my KYC documents (Passport). I am the sole member and sole manager of the LLC. The "government-issued photo ID (USA)" request does not apply: I am not a US person and I am not required to hold US-issued ID. My valid passport is, per Apple's own published guidance, an accepted form of government-issued photo identification. The "employment verification" request also does not apply: Apple's published enrollment policy states that this is required only if the applicant is not the owner/founder. I am the owner and founder. Documentation provided (full package) Passport (government-issued photo ID) Signed Statement of Authority and Sole Membership Signed Operating Agreement (single member) IRS EIN Assignment Notice CP575, naming me as Sole Member IRS EIN Verification Letter 147C Articles of Organization and Certificate of Organization (filing ID) Initial Resolutions naming me as the sole Member Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S confirmation Context that may help prioritization Our first product is already live and publicly available on Google Play in 177 countries, under the legal entity Novalis Partners LLC. Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.novalispartnersllc.budget The company is fully operational, the product is shipping, but iOS distribution is blocked solely by this enrollment being stuck. Case reference Case ID: 102888036786 Enrollment ID: DAJ7B62DSR What I am asking Can this case be reviewed and routed to a Developer Program Support Manager? Has anyone in a similar situation (non-US founder of a US LLC) found a path to unblock organization enrollment? Is there any official escalation channel beyond the standard email reply loop? Any guidance from Apple staff or from the community is appreciated. I am happy to provide any additional documentation needed, but at this point I just need a human response. Thank you.

"Your enrollment is being processed" for a week — held on hold 40+ min on callbacks, still no progress.....
Hello everyone, I'm hoping to get some advice from anyone who has been through a similar situation. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization on 29 May 2026. It has now been about a week, and the status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed" with no updates. I also scheduled a callback with Apple Developer Support and did receive a call — but each time I was kept on hold for anywhere from 40+ minutes to a couple of hours waiting to be connected to a representative, without any real resolution. So far there has been no request for additional documents, no completed identity verification, and no clear explanation of what's holding things up. This delay is holding up our ability to set up App Store Connect and move forward with publishing. A few questions for the community: Has anyone enrolled as an organization around the same time and experienced a similar wait? Is there a specific escalation path or action that actually helped move things along? Should I expect a phone call to verify the organization / authority to enroll, or is there something I should proactively request? Case ID: 102881921584 Any guidance from Apple staff or fellow developers who have resolved a similar case would be hugely appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for Weeks – Widespread Issue in 2026
Fellow Apple Developers and Apple Developer Support Team, If you’re seeing the message **“Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is **” for weeks (or longer) with no updates, no follow-up emails, and no access to App Store Connect, you are not alone. I’m posting this in the hope of helping everyone experiencing the same frustrating delay and giving Apple a clear, visible signal that this is impacting real developers right now. My Situation (and Why It Matters) I submitted my Apple Developer Program enrollment several weeks ago, completed payment successfully, and have since sent two support emails requesting an update. The status remains unchanged. Meanwhile, my app is already live and performing well on Google Play. I’m ready to submit the iOS version, but I cannot even reach TestFlight or App Store Connect because the enrollment is still “processing.” Like many of you, I’ve read dozens of identical threads here on the forums and on Reddit in the past month alone—individual enrollments, organization enrollments, renewals— all stuck in the exact same state far beyond Apple’s published timelines. What We Know (Grounded in Apple’s Own Guidance and Community Reports) Apple’s official enrollment help page states that after purchase you should receive confirmation within 24–48 hours and that processing may involve verification of legal name, contact details, and (for organizations) D-U-N-S number or other business documents. If any information doesn’t match exactly (even a minor formatting issue with your legal name), Apple may request government-issued photo ID, which can add time. In practice, however, many developers in early 2026 are reporting waits of 2–7+ weeks with zero communication. There are currently no official Apple news posts, system-status alerts, or blog updates from the past month that directly acknowledge a backlog or explain the extended processing times. The Apple System Status page simply shows “Program Enrollment and Renewals – Available,” which doesn’t reflect the real-world experience we’re all seeing. Practical Steps You Can Take Right Now While we wait for Apple to respond, here are the constructive actions that have helped some developers move forward (or at least get clarity): Double-check every detail in your enrollment --Legal first/last name must exactly match your government ID (no nicknames, company names, or abbreviations). --Ensure the Apple ID email and contact phone are current and reachable. --For organizations: confirm your D-U-N-S number is active and correctly linked. Submit a fresh support request via the Apple Developer Contact form (even if you’ve already sent one) and reference your exact Enrollment ID. In the “Notes” field, politely include: --Date of purchase --Confirmation that payment cleared --That you have already followed up X times with no response --Business impact (e.g., app ready on Google Play, users waiting for iOS version) If you have an existing paid membership or previous apps, try renewing or accessing via that account first—it sometimes bypasses the stuck flow. Document everything (screenshots of the status page, payment receipts, support case IDs). This helps if escalation becomes necessary. For those also facing App Review/TestFlight delays once enrolled: note that even after enrollment clears, the first external TestFlight build triggers a beta review, and the final App Store submission still requires full review. There is no supported way to bypass TestFlight or direct-submit to the App Store—every public build goes through Apple’s review pipeline. Many of us are using high version numbers for ongoing TestFlight testing while the production version waits for approval. These steps are not a guarantee, but they keep your case visible and reduce the chance of a preventable administrative hold. Call to Action To everyone reading this: If you’re in the same situation, please reply below with your approximate wait time, whether it’s an individual or organization enrollment, and your region. Let’s create a clear picture of the scale of this issue so Apple can see the impact. To the Apple Developer Support and Program teams: We understand verifications take time and that you handle high volume, but weeks of silence after payment and two support requests is causing real business harm. A status update, even a general acknowledgment of current processing times, would be enormously helpful. I commit to updating this thread the moment my enrollment moves or I receive any communication from you. Thank you for reading, and thank you in advance to Apple for any assistance you can provide. Let’s get every legitimate developer into the ecosystem so we can focus on building great apps for users. I will update this post as soon as I have any progress. —Merek, Founder WRENCH: Pocket Mechanic

Enrollment pending for 10+ days after payment and document submission — no response from support
Hello, I am posting here as a last resort after multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Apple Developer Support through other channels. Timeline of my situation: I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program through the Apple Developer app on iPhone, and the annual membership fee was successfully charged to my credit card. The subscription appears as active under my Apple ID subscriptions. I was then asked by Apple Developer Relations to provide identity verification documents. I submitted my government-issued ID as requested. I received an email from the Apple Developer Relations Team confirming receipt of the documents, stating: "Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days." That two-business-day window has now been exceeded by more than a week. Total elapsed time since document submission: 10 days. I have since sent three follow-up emails to Apple Developer Support. None of them have received any response. The Apple Developer app shows the message: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account", and redirects to the web. On the web, the enrollment page shows "Purchase your membership" and asks me to complete my purchase, as if I had never paid. I have not clicked that button to avoid being charged a second time. reportaproblem.apple.com does not allow me to take any action on this subscription. At this point my payment, my submitted documents, and my enrollment status appear to be disconnected from each other in Apple's systems. The payment is confirmed, the documents were submitted as requested, but the enrollment remains in a pending state with no communication. I have seen several similar cases in this forum during 2026, some of which were resolved when Apple staff intervened directly. I would greatly appreciate if someone from Apple could review my case internally, confirm that the payment is linked to my enrollment, and allow the document review to proceed. If that is not possible, I would need clear guidance on how to obtain a refund of the membership fee that was already charged. I am happy to provide my Apple ID, the date of the charge, or any other information needed via a private channel. Thank you in advance for any help.

Apple Developer Program paid on March 31 but still not activated - No response from Support
Hi everyone, I am writing to seek help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I successfully paid the $99 USD enrollment fee on March 31, 2026. I received the official invoice (Web Order Number: D009560930), and my credit card was successfully charged. However, as of today, my developer account is still pending and has not been activated. I have already sent two separate emails to Apple Developer Support requesting assistance over the past few days, but I have not received any response or update from them yet. Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? Is there any other way to escalate this issue or contact support directly to get my account activated? I have attached my invoice for reference. Any advice or help from the Apple team would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Organization enrollment payment failing silently for 2+ weeks — Enrollment ID Z5NK9BFRC8, no support response
I'm a developer from Nigeria trying to complete payment for the Apple Developer Program (organization enrollment). This has been ongoing for over 2 weeks with no resolution. My enrollment is fully approved. D-U-N-S verified. The only issue is the payment. Here's what I've experienced: Multiple payment attempts with two different USD cards (Grey, Chipper Cash) Payments either fail silently (no error shown, order acknowledgement email received, but no charge on card and account not activated) or return "Duplicate Order" error A $0.00 card verification charge went through on one attempt, but the actual $99 was never charged The enrollment page keeps showing "Complete your purchase" every time I log in I submitted a support email request over 3 weeks ago — zero response I have a completed app ready for App Store submission being delayed by this Organization enrollment, D-U-N-S verified, all enrollment steps completed. Only the payment step remains. I've seen many developers in these forums reporting the same issue since February 2026. Is there a known issue with the enrollment payment system? Can an Apple team member please look into my case or clear the duplicate order so I can retry with a fresh transaction? Any help from the community or Apple staff would be greatly appreciated. This is blocking my entire product launch.

Apple Developer membership expired - no renewal option, enrol loop
My Apple Developer Program membership expired on 15 April. I've been unable to renew through any of the standard routes: The account page at developer.apple.com shows no renewal option, just the expiry notice The Developer app on iPhone, iPad, and Mac shows no Renew button Going to the enrol page returns: "Sorry, you can't enrol at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." So the account is expired but still flagged as having an active membership, meaning neither the renewal nor the re-enrol path works. I've raised a support ticket (Friday 18 April), attempted three phone calls with no success, and the callback system is now returning an error when I try to book a slot. Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution? I believe this needs a backend fix on Apple's side but I can't get through to anyone who can action it. Any advice appreciated, particularly if an Apple staff member is able to assist or escalate.

Renew Membership button missing on web + apps after cancelling a prior in-app subscription renewal – need renewal method reset
Hi, I'm the Account Holder and I can't renew our membership because the "Renew Membership" button is missing everywhere, the Apple Developer website, the Developer app on Mac, and the Developer app on iPhone. App Store Connect only shows the message telling me to renew on developer.apple.com, where no button appears. The contact form also returns "There was a problem processing your request," so I haven't been able to reach support through normal channels. I believe I know the cause. Last year, on Apple's advice, I renewed via the in-app subscription route, which tied the membership to an App Store subscription on a personal Apple ID. I cancelled that subscription immediately afterward, because the membership needs to be billed to our company, not a personal account. My working theory is that the account is still flagged to renew via that (now-cancelled, non-existent) in-app subscription, which is why the web Renew Membership button never reappears. What I need: please reset the account's renewal method off the cancelled in-app subscription so the standard Renew Membership button returns and I can renew on the web as the Account Holder, billed to our company. Two related points for whoever picks this up: Our membership expires June 7, so this is time-sensitive. We're a company and need the renewal billed to the company Account Holder Apple ID with a proper invoice, not a personal App Store receipt, so the in-app subscription route is not an option for us this time. Happy to provide the Team ID and account details privately. Is this something that can be reset on your end, and is there anything I should do in the meantime? Thanks.

Apple Developer Account Shows “Closed” Status but App is Ready for Distribution – Unable to Access App Store Connect
Hi, I can sign in to my Apple ID, but my Apple Developer account shows a “closed” status and I’m unable to access App Store Connect features. My app is currently showing “Ready for Distribution,” so the account appears active, but developer access is restricted. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support and am waiting for their response. Also, I temporarily can’t access my primary email due to a verification issue, so I’ve provided an alternate contact email and phone number in my support request. Has anyone experienced a similar situation or knows possible reasons for a “closed” developer status while the app remains approved? Thanks.

plain white page for https://developer.apple.com/enroll/
Hi, I'm switching my developer account from individual to organization. I've been stuck for about 2 weeks as I've been asked to complete https://developer.apple.com/enroll/ which just pulls up a plain white page on my end. I have 2 new apps I'm trying to test and publish, giving this issue some urgency. I'm getting the console output in the attachment. I sent the message below to support. Is anybody else dealing with this issue at the moment? "s. Console output below. As Angular’s built in sqlite doesn’t support CSS selector lookup but only real DOM elements, I suggest using native JS first or loading full jQuery before AngularJS. Either way not much I can do on my side except trying what we already went through."

Enrollement Pending
My Enrollment ID: 74P7XBUXVP. I submitted the application on 25th May. The status remains ‘Pending’—'Your enrollment is being processed’, and I have not received any further instructions or payment link. The process is significantly impacting my project timeline. I don't have any contact to support via emails or otherwise. I would appreciate if the Apple Developer Enrollment Team review my case and find a resolution.

Migrating from Individual to Organization
I recently initiated the process of migrating my account from an Individual Developer Account to and Organization one using my LLC. I have a DUNS number and submitted that along with requested documentation a while ago. It appears that my enrollment is stuck on a “Being processed” message, but I haven’t found a way to ensure that the documentation I provided is satisfactory for the requirements. Could someone confirm whether my enrollment is in the standard review queue or whether there are outstanding requirements I need to address?

Apple Developer Account Enrollment Stalled
Good Day, I've applied for enrollment on the Developer iPhone App and was asked to upload company and identity documentation (which I did within 24 hours) and the enrollment has been stuck since. I reached out to support and they said to please call them as they need to speak to me on the phone, however I am in a region where phone support is not available (only email). I've subsequently replied to the email and said this to support and they closed the ticket. I've previously applied for enrollment on the developer.apple.com and that enrollment was approved but after 2 weeks of waiting the payment was never collected by Apple and support closed the enrollment and advised me to enroll on the mobile app as it allows Apple Pay which will collect the fee immediately after approval. However now the mobile app enrollment is stuck. Anyone been through this who can advise me on what to do to get this resolved ? My project is delayed by 2 months because of this.

Developer Account
I recently applied for an Apple Developer Program company account, but my enrollment request was declined. The message I received only stated that the enrollment request had been declined. However, I did not receive any email or additional information explaining why the enrollment was rejected. My company is a legally registered business, and I completed the enrollment process using our company information. At this point, I'm unsure what part of the application caused the rejection or what I need to do to resolve it. Since receiving the rejection notice, I have contacted Apple Developer Support to ask for clarification, but I have not received a response. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Were you able to find out the reason for the rejection or successfully reapply? Is there a way to request more detailed feedback from Apple regarding the decision? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Apple Developer Program paid but not activated
It is outrageous that when you enrol in the Apple Developer Program, you have to pay for it, but it is not activated. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed immediately. Does anyone know how to get Apple to get back to me about this? My money was taken very quickly, but I haven't received anything in return.

Hi, can someone help me, I can not find any button to accept this license agreement. I am Account Holder, and after clicking to account link, it redirects to my developer account. I accepted it in my developer account, but when I come back to Apple Store Connect, this agreement is still there, and no accept button for me in Action column.
