TESTFLIGHT: The requested app is not available or doesn t exist
Hello, I created an app using the latest version of Xcode (16.2), and I'm having a problem testing this app on my iPhones. I created this app just like all the others I've made for my clients, including one on (03/24/25), but when I went to upload another App to App Store Connect on (03/26/25) I couldn't test it on my phone. Points to consider: The app runs perfectly on the Emulator. All my terms and agreements with Apple are up to date. I tried to download the apps through Testflight on 2 different devices, iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 15.8.1) and iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18.3.2), and I was unsuccessful in neither attempt. I can send my app to the internal testers, but when I click download, the following message appears: Could not install [APP NAME]. The requested App is not available or doesn't exist. I imagine this problem is with Apple itself, I have already contacted support, but I need to resolve this urgently for my customers. Has anyone experienced this and resolved it?

TestFlight link (Mac) not working any more ("Unable to Open Link")
Update: Turns out it works for others, apparently, and I also found one of my Macs where it does work, too. So it must be something pertinent to my systems. Oddly, though, the same ones where it now fails used to work because I had TestFlight enabled there before. I have TestFlight set up on App Store Connect, and I have already about 50 testers subscribed. Today, I found that the Public Link does not work any more: Once TestFlight.app is installed, and one clicks the link to add my app to TestFlight, it always shows the error ""Unable to Open Link" in TestFlight.app: I've tried this on several Macs (Ventura and Sonoma), and with different Accounts, both where the app was already added or not. Is something generally broken, i.e. do others see the same issue with their TestFlight links, or is it just me? How do you suggest I get this resolved? Here's an example link I set up for this purpose - it only allows a handful of subscribers, so please do not actually subscribe but just see if you even get allowed to, or if you get the same error if you must try: https://testflight.apple.com/join/oV8NNojg And here's how it's set up:

Unable to install Dev App via Firebase
Hi there, I'm at a loss as to how to resolve this so hoping I can get some help/ideas here. Issue: We currently have two users who are unable to install our development iOS app. We sign the app as normal during the build process and upload it to firebase for distribution. Both of these users and their devices have been able to use this system previously, all our other dev users and devices are also still working but two of them receive an "this app cannot be installed because it's integrity could not be verified" error. What I have done to resolve: Check device UDIDs are both registered in apple developer portal Checked that the development profile has those devices included Checked that the development certificate is valid, this cert is being used with a different development app that isn't having this issue Restored the device disabled and reenabled the developer mode reinstalled the firebase distribution profile recreated the developer provisioning profile All of the above have not resolved the issue and I'm running out of ideas. If anyone has had the same issue or knows of something else we might be able to attempt that would be great. Thank you in advance John

TestFlight Installation Fails for All Apps in Account (“App Not Available” Error)
Hello, I’m experiencing a serious issue with TestFlight. I correctly set up internal testing: • Added testers via email • Assigned builds • Everything shows as “Ready to Test” However, when trying to install via TestFlight, I get: “App Name couldn’t be installed” “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist” ⚠️ Important note: This issue is NOT limited to a single app. It happens across all apps in my account. So it does not seem to be app-specific. What I’ve already checked: • Agreements, Tax, and Banking are completed • App Privacy is fully filled • Builds are successfully uploaded and selected • I am correctly added as an internal tester • Tried logging out/in of TestFlight • Reinstalled the app and TestFlight I contacted Apple Developer Support twice but received no response. Has anyone experienced this issue affecting multiple apps? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. ⸻ Additional technical details: • Developer Account Apple ID: yilmaz34muhammed(at)icloud.com • App Store Connect App ID: 6762088121 • Bundle ID: com.devyilmaz.TahlilAI • Build Version: 0.2.0 (1) This issue occurs across all apps in my account.

how to make external group for testers?
Hi, I'm trying to set up external testing for my iOS app on TestFlight but I can't find the External Testing option anywhere in App Store Connect. My setup: I'm the Account Holder I've uploaded two builds (build 128 via "TestFlight Internal Only", build 130 via "App Store Connect" distribution) I have one internal group with myself added as a tester Both builds show as "Complete" The UI I see does NOT match the documentation. There is no sidebar with "Internal Testing" / "External Testing" sections. I access TestFlight via a dropdown at the top of App Store Connect, which takes me to an iOS Builds list. Clicking into a build shows Test Information, Groups, and Individual Testers — but no way to create an External group or find a public link anywhere. I've tried navigating directly to appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps/[APPID]/testflight/groups but get "We can't process your request." Is there a new App Store Connect UI that has moved where External Testing lives? Is there anything else that needs to be completed before External Testing becomes available for a brand new app? Thanks

Looking for TestFlight users to stress-test onboarding and trip reconstruction flow
I’m looking for a small number of iPhone users to test an app I’ve been building and give honest feedback on the UX. The app is called Triovel. It’s for a problem I kept running into after trips: photos end up in camera roll, plans are buried in chat, and later it’s surprisingly hard to reconstruct what actually happened on each day. The core idea is simple: rebuild or record a trip into a timeline of activities, then attach photos/notes to the right parts of the trip so everything stays together. At this stage, I’m not looking for generic “nice app” feedback. What I need most is feedback on: first-time onboarding clarity whether rebuilding a past trip feels intuitive where the flow feels slow, confusing, or unnecessary whether the timeline structure makes sense right away Good fit if you: recently came back from a trip have an upcoming trip or have old travel photos you never properly organized iPhone only for now. Early beta, so I expect rough edges. If anyone is open to trying it through TestFlight and giving blunt feedback, I’d really appreciate it. TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/6FJp6AMG

A issue that now else has
I’ve had an issue with all of my apps. Where I push my build to TestFlight and then the image pops up. I’ve troubleshooted EVERYTHING. My account has no issues on it, no payment or compliance issues. I’ve looked to reddit for advice, one user says they need there app to get approved by apple, i got a couple apps to have there update approve, still the bug persist. Whether the app is on the App Store or a work in progress nothing works.

Could not launch app on watchOS downloaded from TestFlight
I have a app that has both mobile and watch versions. Recently some testers report that the watch app could not be launched if the put the app in the background and then resume. And if they kill the app and try to launch again, there is no any response when tapping the app icon. I managed to export some system logs, and this info in the screenshot looks suspicious. Does anyone have the same issue? Recently the app has been transferred to another developer account, not sure if it is related, this TestFlight version was rebuilt with the new team

TestFlight: “Beta app contract is missing” + 422 TF_BETA_APP_REVIEW_RESPONSE (all apps affected)
Hi folks, I had a similar issue I was able to replicate without fail: Public beta submission fails with: "Beta app contract is missing" POST /iris/v1/betaAppReviewSubmissions returns 422 Error: TF_BETA_APP_REVIEW_RESPONSE Internal TestFlight installs fail with: "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist" Adding apps to beta review also fails I was unable to: Add builds to public testing groups Submit builds for TestFlight review Reliably update TestFlight metadata ("What to Test", etc.) The fix: filed via Feedback Assistant (not Developer Support email). Included a HAR capture of the failing request and response headers, also provided all affected App IDs (even though this was account-wide). Got traction within a couple days after filing, much faster than waiting on Developer Support. Note: In my case this affected every app on the account. From what I’ve seen, this may be triggered by changes to tester groups (adding/removing testers), but this is not confirmed. Seems to be a backend contract/entitlement desync Apple-side. Hope this helps someone.

Can not upload Archieve
Hello, For the past few days, whenever I tried to release a new app version on App Store Connect, I kept getting an "Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated" loop — 403 Notarization Error, which prevented me from publishing a new release. I noticed today that the issue has been resolved, but now I'm unable to upload the archive for the new app version.

App crashes on launch for iOS 12 users after App Store release (Xcode 16.4) — BKSProcessErrorDomain bootstrap-failed
Hi everyone, I'm building an app in Xcode 16.4 with a minimum deployment target of iOS 12. The last time I built with this configuration was November 2025 — that build worked perfectly fine. I'm aware that builds from Xcode 16.4 will no longer be accepted by Apple after April 28, 2026, so I decided to push one final update before that deadline. Here's what I did: Built the app with no changes to build settings Uploaded to TestFlight Tested on iOS 12, iOS 26, and a few other versions — everything looked good Passed App Review Published to the App Store Now users on iOS 12 are reporting that the app crashes immediately on launch. Users on iOS 13-26 are unaffected. We've effectively lost a significant portion of our users overnight. We'd really like to restore functionality for them before April 28 — after that we plan to raise the minimum deployment target anyway. There are no crash logs available, as the app appears to never reach application code at all. Below are the relevant logs from Console.app: default 16:33:49.012231+0400 SpringBoard Bootstrapping MY_BUNDLE_ID with intent foreground-interactive error 16:33:49.021533+0400 SpringBoard [MY_BUNDLE_ID] Bootstrap failed with error: <NSError: 0x280f59aa0; domain: BKSProcessErrorDomain; code: 1 (bootstrap-failed); reason: "Failed to start job"> error 16:33:49.021748+0400 SpringBoard Bootstrapping failed for <FBApplicationProcess: 0x101cb4070; MY_BUNDLE_ID; pid: -1> with error: Error Domain=BKSProcessErrorDomain Code=1 "Unable to bootstrap process with bundleID MY_BUNDLE_ID" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Unable to bootstrap process with bundleID MY_BUNDLE_ID, BKSProcessExitReason=0, NSLocalizedFailureReason=Failed to start job, NSUnderlyingError=0x280f58780 {Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=3 "No such process" UserInfo={NSLocalizedFailureReason=The process failed to exec, NSLocalizedRecoverySuggestion=Consult /var/log/com.apple.xpc.launchd/launchd.log for more information, NSLocalizedDescription=Unable to get valid task name port right for pid 241}}, BSErrorCodeDescription=bootstrap-failed} default 16:33:49.021934+0400 SpringBoard Adding: <FBApplicationProcess: 0x101cb4070; MY_BUNDLE_ID; pid: -1> default 16:33:49.022111+0400 SpringBoard <FBApplicationProcess: 0x101cb4070; MY_BUNDLE_ID; pid: -1> exited. default 16:33:49.023325+0400 SpringBoard Removing: <FBApplicationProcess: 0x101cb4070; MY_BUNDLE_ID; pid: -1> default 16:33:49.039576+0400 assertiond Submitting new job for "MY_BUNDLE_ID" on behalf of <BKProcess: 0x100d119f0; SpringBoard; com.apple.springboard; pid: 48; agency: SystemShell; visibility: foreground; task: running> default 16:33:49.039982+0400 assertiond Submitted job with label: UIKitApplication:MY_BUNDLE_ID[0xed03][58] error 16:33:49.040128+0400 assertiond Unable to obtain a task name port right for pid 241: (os/kern) failure (0x5) error 16:33:49.040286+0400 assertiond Failed to start job with error <NSError: 0x100c3f180; domain: NSPOSIXErrorDomain; code: 3; reason: "The process failed to exec"> { description = "Unable to get valid task name port right for pid 241"; failureReason = "The process failed to exec"; recoverySuggestion = "Consult /var/log/com.apple.xpc.launchd/launchd.log for more information"; Has anyone encountered this recently? Testing IAP in sandbox (sandbox - testflight)
Hi all ! I'm a new developer on iOs and I' struggling to get my IAP subscription working in sandbox. I've got it working in debug mode on my test env, where I purposely activate the subscription when in my test backend. So that part works. But now, I want to test in testflight with sandbox user credentials. And I see conflicting instructions. My developer account has accepted the Paid Apps Agreement. I've created a subscription group with localized description in both language my app supports. In that group, I've created 2 products with description, duration, pricing, localized name and description and a review screenshot. At that stage, the subscription is at the state "ready to submit". From what I read, I then need to submit them as part of a version submission to activate the IAP. So I did. But then the app was rejected because IAP don't work. I later found out that I need to attach the IAP to the submission, but I couldn't do it, because the IAP where now in "developer action needed". And even after modifying them to reset the state of the localization, the locale are pending submit, but the subscription is still in developer action needed. So in the end, I re-created 2 new subscriptions (with 2 new product ids). At this point, I see posts and replies in reddit and other places that specifically says that the IAP need to be reviewed and approved by apple to be usable in sandbox. But I also see others that specifically says the opposite, that the IAP only need to be in ready to submit. So which is it ? If I submit again the app, I'll end up with subscriptions that are unusable that I can't get back to ready to submit without sending them for review. Thanks for any hints !

TestFlight Installation Error & Missing Beta Contract Issue
Hello, I’m experiencing two issues which I believe may be related to a single root cause: TestFlight Installation Error When I try to install my app via TestFlight for testing purposes, I receive the following error message: “Could not install app. The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” Unable to Add Build to External Testers When I attempt to add a build to an external testers group, I see the following error in the network tab after submission: { "errors" : [ { "id" : "95d240bd-94bd-4653-8d60-8dc691d6e3dc", "status" : "422", "code" : "ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING", "title" : "Beta contract is missing for the app.", "detail" : "Beta Contract is missing." } ] } I have reviewed and completed all required forms under Business → Agreements, and there are currently no pending alerts or agreements requiring action. At this point, I’m unable to proceed with testing my application and would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions. Additionally, I have an open support case that has not yet received a response: Case ID: 102855791526 Area: Distribution / TestFlight Thank you in advance for your help.

Please try again later." I've reported this to the support team but haven't received a response yet. I would be very grateful if the technical team on this forum could help me. Case ID: 102861441465

The Problem with TestLight
I successfully registered an account a few days ago and tested the app internally, but when I published the link, the application automatically expired. When I submitted it again, I received the message: "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." I have contacted support but have not received a response.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I tried rebuilding from scratch without any code changes and uploading a fresh build to TestFlight — but now it won't even launch from TestFlight on iOS 12.
